Healthcare professionals, practice administrators, and authorized personnel may register for professional accounts with proper credentials.
Patients and consumers may access public pricing information and basic analytics tools.
Professional accounts may require verification of credentials, NPI numbers, or organizational affiliation.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Provide accurate and current information in your profile, including professional credentials and billing codes.
Use the platform only for legitimate healthcare analytics and decision-making purposes.
Comply with all applicable healthcare laws, privacy regulations, and professional standards.
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected using TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. Data stored in our database is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption via AWS Key Management Service (KMS).
Users authenticate via Google Sign-In (OAuth) or AWS Cognito. We implement role-based access controls and least-privilege principles. Your data is accessible only by authorized personnel and systems.
